nutrition1.jpgWe recommend that a healthy eating plan is essential in order for athletes to meet their goals. To be a great athlete you need to two components: exercise and good nutrition. If you are working out hard and cannot seem to make it to the next level, your eating habits may need to be evaluated by our registered dietitian. How do you fuel your body? If I put low grade fuel in my corvette, it won’t go as fast. This is a common practice of athletes. By eating processed and refined food (i.e. fried foods, candy, etc.) often and taking vitamins, an athlete will not reach their full potential. So if you fall in this category and are looking to lose or gain weight, improve performance, or are simply looking for ways to have more energy, a good nutrition analysis may benefit you. Our dietitian will analyze your diet and offer suggests to help you become more fit and fast.
