Resting Metabolic Rate Test - A noninvasive, metabolism evaluation
-Possible metabolic insufficiencies assessed
-Personalized, goal oriented caloric recommendations provided

Maximal Oxygen Consumption (VO2 max) Test – A noninvasive, exercise performance test evaluating the capabilities and limitations of both the aerobic and anaerobic energy systems used in an athlete’s sport.
-Quantification of VO2 max and the percentage at which the anaerobic threshold occurred.
-Determination of the more limiting energy system
-Training tips provided to improve the limiting energy system(s).
-Sport specific result comparisons

Note: This test can be performed in conjunction with Lactate Threshold Testing

Lactate Threshold Testing - A minimally invasive exercise performance test evaluating the capabilities and limitations of the anaerobic energy system for the purpose of determining personalized heart rate training zones.
-Determination of lactic acid buffering capacity
-Determination of maximal lactic acid tolerance
-Determination of the more limiting energy system
-Training tips, including target heart rate zones, provided to improve the limiting energy system(s).

Note: This test can be performed in conjunction with VO2 Max Testing

Functional Strength/Flexibility Assessment
-Assessment of muscle imbalances in strength and ROM for the purpose of increased sports performance and injury prevention.
-Personalized functional exercise prescription/education addressing the insufficiencies discovered.

Sport specific exercise prescription
-Sport specific cardiovascular, strength, and/or flexibility exercise recommendations
-Training/Education of the proper form necessary to safely perform the recommended exercises.
